Once again a brilliant piece, a clear and realistic explanation of where the world is at now with climate change.

The best we can hope for is to slow the inevitable decline. But only if we now are united will we achieve that. There was a drama on BBC4 last night which showed the events surrounding 'Climategate' in 2009. This putthe fight against global warming a decade back. It was deliberate sabotage by climate deniers. The 'hackers' have never been caught. No surprise there. But vested interests are still heavily in play to keep the status quo i.e. fossil fuel extraction and use.

I think humanity is doomed. Unless this new generation can effect political will and break the link between political power and money
