And now I have read the book. I suppose the only reason the author hasn't been vocal about the loose adaptation of his brilliant book is that it will get people to read (and purchase) his wonderfully humourous and very political book. And now I know categorically why I could not stomach watching any more of the film after 40 minutes.

I'm turning green again.
