My question to Americans is this:

Why do you not learn from your mistakes?

Mistakes are made again and again because nothing is learnt. To learn from mistakes is to grow wiser. To not repeat errors of judgement is to become wise. Yet American Exceptionalism will broach no criticism to the detriment of the world.
