I heard those negative rumblings about Rings of Power as the series was about to air. I didnt bother investigating as it seems every time a black or Asian actor gets a high profile role there is the same reaction.

I read the comments on here and I agreed with the lady who quite succinctly and correctly declared the outcry to be the product of racist minds.

Having seen every episode I can double confirm this because the series is an absolute creative masterpiece. It is a triumph. There is nothing to be displeased aboutortake issue with.

I was worried it would fail to hit those extremely high standards of Tolkien adapting by Peter Jackson. It has.

And it allows more time as a TV show to go deeper into scenes that would probably be cut in a film. These scenes of character interplay are the heart of the adaptation.

An epic creation.
