I had no idea of the genocide in Namibia. I consider myself to be well-read in history and yet this atrocity in Africa seems to be overshadowed by the acts of King Leopold in the Congo at the same time. Is there no 'Heart of Darkness' for the Nama and Herero people? Even in the 20th century or 21st?
