This is directly from one of the horses' mouth's responsible for the Tory policy. He mentions a White Paper. This should contain some specifics but I for one will not be holding my breath. The generality of Levelling Up is something no one would not want. But a specific start would be an increase in the Minimum Wage to make work pay. For millions it does not and is compensated for by government benefits which are now being reduced. Tha tis not Levelling Up.
